Consignment Agreement

Hello and welcome! We’re very happy you’re thinking of becoming a part of our store.  Here’s what you need to know:

1. We do our best to select only items we feel our customers will buy. Some of your items may not sell.
2. We try very hard to get your items on display within 7 days of drop off. We will let you know if you have any to pick up if you choose to have your items returned to you. You must pick up returns within 10 days of phone call or they will be donated.
3. Our prices are based on supply and demand and set by Infant and Baby Needs of New England. Our goal is to get the highest possible price for your items.
4. All items must be stain free with no rips or tears. No missing snaps or buttons.
5. Al equipment must be cleaned and include working batteries.
6. Items may be dropped off during all store hours. Be sure to fill out one form for each bag and place deep in bag to prevent it from falling out.
7. You have two choices for payment of sold items
   1. Store credit 50% consigner
   2. Check or cash 40%  consigner

         3.   Customers have the option to return any items within 7 days. For this reason all consigner payments are held 7 days from day of sale. 

 8. We will give you your username and password to check your sales from home.

 9.   You may stop in any time to collect any monies or use any credits owed.  If you cannot get to the store we will be happy to mail checks for any balances due over $50.00 at the end of the month.

10.  Your items will be displayed for 90 days. After 30 days the price will be discounted 25%, after 60 days another 25%. Any items not sold will be placed in the dollar box until sold.

11.  We will do our best to prevent any loss or theft but cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
