How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping policy is as follows: Any order with Ground shipping will be charged $6.95.

Do you ship outside the US?
We currently ship just to the US with additional shipping charges of $10.00 to Alaska and Hawaii.

Has my order shipped yet?
As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an e-mail to let you know it's on the way.

 When will my order arrive?
Once you get the e-mail from us telling you that your shipment has left our warehouse please allow 7-10 days for delivery.

How can I track my order?Each order we ship has a tracking number from either USPS or UPS. We will e-mail this tracking number to you so you will know how to check on your order.

If I order something and it doesn't fit, can I return or exchange it?
All clothing items without personalization may be returned. Please see our return policy.  

What's your return policy?
Infant and Baby Needs of New England happily accepts returns on most items if you’re not fully satisfied. The only exclusions are any items that have been personalized. Items must be in their original condition and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please include original packing slip(make a copy for yourself) to help us locate your order. Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid minus the shipping costs. It will take about 3-5 business days to process credits once we receive your item.

Will my order arrive all at the same time?

We use different wholesalers so your items may arrive at different times. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive.
